Project Overview
Luke Mori is a luxury real estate agent based in British Columbia, Canada. Luke is one of the top agents in his area, highly sought after to work with, and consistently breaking sales targets.
But his website was almost 8 years old, with dated content, images, and information. His SEO rankings were stable, but falling due to the influx of new agents in his area which had become a hotspot for remote workers due to COVID-19.
The project aimed to increase Luke’s brand awareness in his local market, attract new leads via organic traffic, streamline client interactions, and simplify getting in touch with Luke.
Our primary focus was designing and building a brand new modern site, migrating Luke’s existing content and sitemap from Wordpress to Webflow, integrating a 3rd party API to automatically pull real estate listings to the site, and optimizing his informational pages with clear calls-to-action and copywriting.
Objectives
We began with a comprehensive analysis of the existing website's SEO performance, identifying key elements to preserve during the redesign.
- Modern, Luxurious, Website Design - Update the current site to reflect the prices of homes Luke has been selling. We wanted the new site design to give a feeling of security, trust, and luxury for potential clients.
- Webflow Development - Migrate existing website pages, content, and sitemap from Wordpress to Webflow. Ensuring a smooth transition between the two website management systems and building a site that is secure, scalable, and reliable.
- Boost SEO - Optimize informational pages with updated content that were ranking on Google with up to date information, schema markup, or other relevant information.
- Increase Warm Leads Exposure - Clear CTAs, adding a backlog of testimonials to be visible on the site to increase trust.
- Custom Automation - Automate all listings that Luke uploads to his local real estate board to be automatically added and published to the Webflow CMS. Giving Luke time to do what he does best, close high-end real estate deals.
- Copywriting and Conversion Rate Optimization - Clear, strong, informative copywriting, that increases conversion.

- SEO optimized real estate listings - Due to the flexibility of Webflow we were able to optimize the page structure for Luke’s listings. It was so effective that we started out ranking agents whose listings we were promoting on the site.
- Niche Keyword Ranking - Real estate listing pages were optimized to include niche types of data from the custom API, this helped the site rank for specific keywords that were low competition but high-intent.
- Custom Listing Automation - Automated new listings for the entire local area. The site started to rank for listings that weren’t Luke’s, but attracted leads to be on the buy side. This also saved Luke hours of time, re-uploading his listings from the real estate board and his website.
